Both rooms recall the characteristic theme of our mountains more precisely the two mysterious peaks of the Sibillini Mountains: Monte Sibilla and Monte Priora. The apartment also has a small terrace where you can admire even better the landscape that surrounds it. Both the living room and both rooms are equipped with TV and free wi-fi.

Lu Magazzì was the dialect name for that place where the grains were stored after harvesting that were used to feed the animals.

In this room, thanks to the details of its interior, you can learn all the curiosities about some of the grains that the farm grows for the feeding of its animals.In fact, with this room, the goal is not only to offer you a wonderful stay, but it is also to give you an experience of country life, making you immerse yourself in one of its many facets.

Perchè la cascina?

Perchè un tempo questo spazio era riservato all'immagazzinamento di fieno e paglia per l'inverno. Le balle di fieno e paglia erano ammucchiate con cura per preservarne la freschezza e la qualità. Queste preziose risorse erano fondamentali per la sopravvivenza degli animali durante i mesi più freddi. I contadini infatti, lavoravano instancabilmente durante l'estate per raccogliere e immagazzinare abbastanza foraggio per il bestiame. All'interno delle stanze, potrete scoprire antichi arnesi e strumenti che vi sveleranno i segreti di questa pratica secolare. 

The dialect name recalls the typical green area of our mountains. Reserved entirely for guests of the farm, it is equipped with a barbecue, a stone fountain, tables and umbrellas for a pleasant picnic with family or friends. For lovers of tranquillity, there are rustic benches made from local wood, a hammock and comfortable deckchairs for a relaxing break, all surrounded by a breathtaking view that goes from Mount Sibilla to Monte Conero on clear days.
Within our green area there is a space reserved for people who want to sleep in tents to enjoy a unique experience immersed in nature. In fact, Lu Prate is an ideal spot for hikers who walk the Great Sibillini Ring or for anyone who wants to tackle the various routes that surround us, such as Monte Sibilla and the Gole dell'Infernaccio.
Camping guests will have at their disposal: electrical services, two private bathrooms with showers, a communal kitchen with all accessories, a barbecue and a fountain with drinkable spring water.
To enjoy this experience, in addition to camping using your own tent, you can choose to rent one of ours, which are supplied already installed and ready to use, complete with mattresses and sleeping bags.
